Woods and meadows of the Black Forest

Whenever I have the chance to go to Germany, I feel happy as a child on Christmas Day. I do not know exactly why I have this reaction, it will be the wonderful and kind people, the breathtaking views, the great civic sense and respect towards others or the food and beer I love. In the last 12 months I’ve been to Germany three times: in Wesel, North Rhine-Westphalia for the inauguration of my friend Gabriele Günter’s new office. then in Bavaria and finally, in August I returned to the beautiful Schwarzwald, near Hinterzarten. While my children and my wife were diving in Lake Titisee, I was lucky enough to spend a whole day with Nelia and Ludwig to photograph their sweet wedding in an old 400-year-old hayloft, Henslerhof Von Laufenberg. Nelia and Ludwig are a very young German couple from Baden Württemberg and I could not be happier when they asked me to be their wedding photographer. While around us a light wind blew through the trees of the forest and the cows grazed serene, the spouses said yes for life, surrounded by friends and relatives. The day was spent full of joy, I worked surrounded by wonderful people who knew how to have fun and celebrate the couple with joy and love. Here are some shots of the day.
