The exile of Kenza

These photos show the container port Kenza and its crew of 15 men. The ship, which flies the Moroccan flag, has been moored in the port of Cagliari since May 2013. The crew is on strike because the shipowner has not paid them their salary since 2012, the ship has been seized and expects the Judge expresses himself in favor of putting it up for sale.

The men on board have no food or water, a port company has given them diesel to use the power generators that ration using it 8h a day, do not have clean water and live the charity of the citizens of Cagliari. The captain of the ship could not return home when, in September, his wife died and her three children are now guests of relatives.
